1. Microsort (not FDA approved YET): A florescent die is used to separate male and female sperm. Then only the desired gender is put back into you through artificial insemination or in vitro fertilization (IVF).
PROS: Fairly inexpensive,
CONS: not FDA approved, limits (must be married, etc)
2.PGD-Your embryo is created in a lab. Only those embryos with the desired gender are put back inside you.
PROS: 100% guaranttee of the desired sex
CONS: expensive, moral issues, time consuming, no guarantee of pregnancy
